Schema markup is data in a standard format, called JSON-LD, that describes a page to search engines, such as the questions on it or the price of a product. It can make a result richer.

For most sites, no. Since 2023 Google shows FAQ results only for well-known government and health websites. The markup is still valid, and the questions must also be on the page.
This tool does not add them, on purpose. Ratings and reviews must come from real customers, and marking up ones that are not real breaks Google's rules.
